I have an issue with my order!

A: Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page to fix any issues! Please have your Order ID (as viewed in your reciept) in the subject line or body of the message.

  • Address changes must be brought to our attention ASAP! Keep in mind that this is a preorder item, and will not ship out until spring 2025. 
  • Once shipped, parcels are out of our control. Customers must contact their courier with their shipment information.
  • All shipping is tracked, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Help! I put in the wrong address!

A: Please contact us within 24 hours of order for address change. There will also be a Google Form avalible after production has been completed to adjust for any changes in address. We are unable to redirect a shipment once it is dispatched, and will not be able to refund you, if delivered to the wrong address.

Can I add an item to my order?

A: Please place order as usual and contact me via contact page with the two order codes! I will manually merge your two orders and refund excess shipping! Do not DM us on our socials as your message will get lost.

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

A: Orders will ship out within 3 weeks of the order. From then, the time can vary depending on your shipping type (ie tracked/untracked) and your location. Generally orders arrive within 5-20 business days.

What if the item I want/ordered is sold out?

A: Due to our limitations with bigcartel, we can not automatically update the inventory. If you order an item that has already been sold out (as leftovers are First come First Serve), you will be contacted and refunded the portion of your order that is unavalible for purchase. If your entire order is unavalible (ie, everything is sold out), you will be completely refunded for your entire order.

 

What about taxes/ If I live in the EU/UK?

A: EU and UK customers, please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. We will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any fees/charges/taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If your order returns to us, no refunds will be issued.

Why is shipping to Australia so expensive?

A: Canada's shipping hates Australia apparently. The current rate is the lowest our shipping moderator has been able to find. If you know a fellow Australian who also is getting the zine, consider banding together and placing a group order to save on shipping. Shipping is a flat rate, so it does not change per bundle added.
